Success Strategy:

Overview:
Friendly Confines restaurant wanted a new website conveying their fun-filled atmosphere.  Not only are the restaurants an entertaining place to have a few drinks after work, but they also provide a family-friendly atmosphere during the day.  The website needed to showcase their extensive menu as well as promote their daily specials and current events.

Target Market:
The target market for the website is two-fold.  On the one hand, the restaurant needs to attract families during the day. On the other hand, the website needs to portray each location as a lively restaurant with plenty of good food, drink and an opportunity to meet new people.

Plan of Attack:
Make it fun!  That was the first goal.  The second was to make it functional and inviting.  We wanted people to come back and check out their specials as well as join their Mail Chimp newsletter.  Re-marketing was key.  Get people to sign up on the newsletter so we can re-market them on a weekly basis.

The design of the site is based around ease of navigation and the primary need of its viewers - mainly trying to figure out what is going on tonight!  The events calendar can be managed by the restauranteur through the content management system.  Staff collects email addresses at each location and feeds them back to TOLS to have them added to the newsletter.
